Renovation of an educational facility in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 77,767-square-foot educational facility.
A. Base Bid TPO-20: 1. Install a new fully adhered TPO roof system as described in Section 07535 and a standing seam metal roof as described in Section 13341 of the specifications and related work as described elsewhere on the construction documents. 2. Provide a 20-year Warranty for the TPO roof as described in Section 07535. B. Base Bid TPO-30: 1. Install a new fully adhered TPO roof system as described in Section 07535 and a standing seam metal roof as described in Section 13341 of the specifications and related work as described elsewhere on the construction documents. 2. Provide a 30-year Warranty for the TPO roof as described in Section 07535. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is for Roanoke City Public Schools ("RCPS", "Owner") to procure a Contractor ("Offeror") to provide all materials, labor, and installation of roof replacement at Lucy Addison Middle School located at 1220 5th Street NW, Roanoke, VA 24016. There is a need to replace the roof. The current roof was installed in 2000 and the square footage of the current roof is 77,767.
