The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to perform maintenance and repair services to County Government roofs as per the specifications herein. The work involves the repair and/or maintenance of various EPDM and PVC single ply roofs, foam roofs, shingled roofs, and asphalt and coal tar built up roofs, including insulation, pavers, gravel, etc. incorporated into the roofing system. Roof repairs and maintenance shall be complete systems including flashing, sealants and perimeter metals. Repairs to built-up roofs may be in either hot or cold applied roofing as required by the owner. All work will be done on as needed, call in basis. The work includes all labor, supervision, materials including flashing, sealants and perimeter metals, equipment, removal and disposal services of existing roofing, permits and licenses necessary to complete projects.
