The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Landscaping Services at its Administration Offices, located at 168 Spotnap Road, Charlottesville, Virginia, Maintenance Offices located at 171 Spotnap Road, Charlottesville and twenty-eight (28) additional sites including pump stations, water tanks and pressure-reducing stations. Landscaping Services are done in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Contract term may be renewable by agreement for an additional three (3) one (1) year periods. The ACSA will select a firm or individual to provide the services requested using the Competitive Negotiation Procedure as outlined in the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
