The tenderer must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the City of Granby according to the conditions of the call for tenders. All tenders must be produced and submitted on the tender form provided for this purpose, and comply with the conditions stipulated in this tender request and the accompanying estimate. The City of Granby does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers. In the current context of COVID-19, the City requires the wearing of a mask and the respect of distances for bidders who attend the public opening of bids.
