Work on Harris Road shall be substantially completed by July 29, 2022. Work on Berkeley Street shall be substantially completed by September 9, 2022. Liquidated Damages: dollars ($850) for each calendar day that expires after the time specified in paragraph 4.02 for Substantial Completion until the Work is substantially complete. Liquidated damages of $1,700 for each calendar day will be assessed for delays beyond the established dates for substantial completion and final completion. Final completion shall be by November 15,2022. A Vendor shall furnish performance and payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Vendors obligations under the Contract Documents. These Bonds shall remain in effect at least until one year after the date when final payment becomes due, except as provided otherwise by Laws or Regulations or by the Contract Documents.
