Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The work under this contract shall consist of all work associated with installing a new roof system onto the Naga-Waukee Golf Course Clubhouse. This work includes removal and installation of a new roof system. As well as possible installation of new metal cladding, gutters & downspouts, and translucent panels. As well as all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Bidders and sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid documents shall submit a written request to Jason Wilke at jwilke@waukeshacounty.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022. Bid Bond Yes Bids will be publicly read at 10:35 a.m., on April 12, 2022 in the Department of Administration-Purchasing Division, located in the Waukesha County Administration Center, 515 W. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, Wisconsin. Waukesha County began conducting Bid/RFP openings telephonically instead of in-person.
