sealed bids will be accepted by the Town of Franklin from qualified vendors to provide on-call new fence/guard rail supply, installation, repairs and maintenance for the town/schools Project: Except as otherwise noted, the successful bidder shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete work as detailed in the work specifications. It is the intent of the Owner that the work specifications shall prescribe a complete work or improvement and when the work is completed, the contractor shall leave the job site in a neat and finished condition, which includes removal of all material.
