The purpose of this Request For Proposals (RFP) and accompanying specifications and drawings is to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to furnish the Audio and Visual systems for Routt County at the new Health and Human Services Building at 135 6th Street in Steamboat Springs. The building is currently being constructed and is expected to open in the spring of 2023. The selected contractor will be required to collaborate with the project team, including the County's IT staff. 1. Proposals shall include furnishing all materials, equipment, installation, testing, maintenance, and support of fully functional audio/visual equipment as indicated in the plans and specifications. 2. The installed systems will provide an easy setup of and easy-to-follow instructions for the County employees and the public. 3. Contractor will deliver the instructions and provide onsite training to the Owner and its core user groups. 4. Provide "as-built" drawings and Operations Manual at the completion of the project. 5. The County currently utilizes Zoom for video conferencing but will be switching to Microsoft Teams in the near future. 6. AV Contractor will need to coordinate with the general contractor for all locations needed for support within the walls.
