Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Interior renovation of all residential units (44 total) in Eleven buildings. No changes to bedroom counts. Exterior repair work Of siding and roofing. Replacement of windows. Renovate the shared Laundry. Renovate the outdoor sports court and add a sidewalk from The site to an adjacent bus stop All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price; or, as may be required or permitted by State law A. Horizon Development Properties, Inc., anticipates the successful candidate shall commence not later than June 1, 2022. B. Base contract shall be significantly completed in Nine(9)Months fromthe Notice to Proceed date issued by INLIVIAN. Liquidated Damages in the amount of two-hundred and one ($201) shall be applied for each unit per calendar day contract remains incomplete after scheduled final completion and occupancy NLIVIAN has established an M/WBE aspirational goal of 20% participation for all projects.
