Horizon Development Properties, Inc., anticipates the successful candidate shall commence not later than June 1, 2022. B. Base contract shall be significantly completed in Nine(9)Months fromthe Notice to Proceed date issued by INLIVIAN. Liquidated Damages in the amount of two-hundred and one ($201) shall be applied for each unit per calendar day contract remains incomplete after scheduled final completion and occupancy NLIVIAN has established an M/WBE aspirational goal of 20% participation for all projects.
