The City of Moreno Valley (City) has identified the need to provide highly qualified consultants to provide Building & Safety plan check, inspection, and permit technician consultant services on an as-needed basis. B. City requires the following services to help meet the aforementioned need: supplement Building & Safety plan check, inspection, and permit technician consultant services on an as-needed basis detailed in the Scope of Services section below at consultant's place of business and/or in the City of Moreno Valley. C. These services will require highly qualified firm experienced in building requirements and related California Building Codes for commercial, industrial, and residential design and plan check procedures as well as being proficient with the applicable codes at the time of permit issuance. D. These services will be used to augment City services with building permit Applicants. E. Therefore, City requires the services of a well-qualified professional services provider (Provider) to deliver the services of Building & Safety plan check, inspection, and Permit Technician consultant services on an as-needed basis as detailed in the Scope of Services section.
