Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing of all materials and equipment and performance of the following work, according to the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents (PS & CD). The project consists of the roadway reconstruction of W. Court Street, from Griffin St to Pleasant St, and the resurfacing of E. Pinecrest Lane, from CTH H to S. Sugarpine Way. Also included is the resurfacing of the city parking lot immediately south of the Fire Station on Broad Street, as well as the city parking lot at the northwest corner of E. Geneva Street and S. Washington Street. The work includes roadway and parking lot reconstruction/resurfacing, including watermain, water valves, hydrants, storm sewer, spot replacement of curb & gutter and sidewalks, manhole/catch basin/inlet/water valve box adjustments, excavation common, aggregate base, asphaltic pavement, landscape restoration, traffic control, and erosion control, among other items. Included with this bid is a mandatory Additional Bid that includes resurfacing of the Washington Street Parking Lot Alley, located just northwest of the Washington Street Parking Lot. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 3,600 tons of HMA pavement, 700 feet of curb & gutter, 4,000 tons base aggregate dense, 3,000 tons breaker run, 4,000 CY of excavation common, 200 feet of watermain pipe, hydrants, and landscape restoration. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
