Cost Estimate: $750K to $1M The Village of Lancaster will receive separate, sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, plant, tools, equipment, and specified materials, etc. for Village of Lancaster, Village Project No.: H0522-400-109, Sanitary Sewer Corrective Action Plan Mini System 8, Village of Lancaster, New York. The Work consists of a single contract for the installation of 8-inch, 12-inch, and 24-inch Cure-in-place Pipe Lining, 8-inch and 24-inch PVC Open Cut Sewer Pipe Replacement, replacement of existing catch basins and existing sanitary sewer manholes with new precast concrete structures, waterproofing existing manholes, CCTV sewer inspection, work zone traffic control, and restoration on various streets, throughout the Village of Lancaster. See attached Notice to Bidders for more detailed information regarding the project scope, eligibility, and contract requirements. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 20% Contract term: 1 Year *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The successful bidder must be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO). Bidders must submit prior to awarding of a contract a statement indicating they will work toward a combined Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) goal of 20% in any combination.
