Asphalt Emulsion Spreading Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside #22-012 and CHIP SEAL EMULSION SPREADING The BIDS shall be opened in an electronic meeting. Notice for the BID opening shall be sent to everyone on the Plan Holders List prior to the BID opening. Technical questions regarding the bidding documents shall be directed to Jay Sandberg, City Engineer, (435)627-4122, jay.sandberg@sgcity.org. The BID includes the following: Five days of asphalt spreading using two spreader trucks each day. A Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond are not required for this project. City of St. George reserves the right to reject any, or all BIDS, or to waive any formality or technicality in any BID, in the interest of the city
