Renovation of an educational facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: Physician Assistant Area Renovations to include walls, flooring, electrical upgrades, and HVAC replacement by one General Contractor. Technical contact is Mr. Josh Wrench, Associate Director of Project Management, cell 570-390-8540, or jjw27@pct.edu. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College. Project Schedule. a. Phase 1 (with exception for installation of exterior HVAC equipment): July 29, 2022. b. Phase 2 (with exception for installation of exterior HVAC equipment): August 12, 2022. c. Phase 3 (with exception for installation of exterior HVAC equipment): August 26, 2022. d. HVAC equipment commissioning by October 7. 2022.
