The Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Garden City, Michigan desires to install asphalt ADA Parking spaces and connector pathways to the existing pavilion areas within Garden City Park. Garden City Park is located between Middlebelt Road and Merriman Road on Cherry Hill Road. The proposed parking areas are approximately 1,200 square feet of new asphalt with 8" aggregate base. Two 6' wide asphalt pathways are to be installed per plans with a total of 130 linear feet. The City is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from a qualified team (Contractor) to provide all aspects of the construction of a non-supervised public park.
