The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. Bidder Pays (Download, with Responses via VirtuBid(tm), and a Price Break for Non-Responders): Cost is $31 for Non-Subscriber who responds, $6 charge is paid at time of download, and remaining charges are paid when the response is uploaded. Cost is $25 for Subscriber who responds, charges are paid when the response is uploaded. Cost is $6 for Non-Subscriber who downloads but does NOT respond. Cost is $0 for Subscriber who downloads but does NOT respond. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demo & remove existing indoor diesel generator and its accessories (electrical transfer switch, fuel piping, exhaust piping, air ducts and electrical cabling) 2. Repair concrete as result of related demo activities. 3. Install new outdoor natural gas generator and new accessories (electrical transfer switches, gas piping, electrical power and control wiring between generator and building systems, concrete slab) 4. Installation of new feeders and panelboards. Connect facility's electrical equipment to panelboard circuits.
