Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of various repairs ranging from sealants, deck coatings and structural repairs at the City owned parking structures and Calder Plaza. a) Staining concrete repairs to match existing (incidental) b) Match color and finish at precast panel repairs c) Match finish of topping repairs at Calder Plaza Substantial Completion Date: December 30, 2022 Final Completion Date: February 3, 2023 A certified check or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days after the date and time for receiving bids The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids; to reject the Bid of a Bidder who is not, in the opinion of the Engineer or City, in a position to perform the contract; to waive informalities, irregularities and technicalities; to reject any and all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced [unreasonable unit price(s)] or conditional Bids; or to advertise for new Bids. The City also reserves the right to award the Contract in the City's best interest, and therefore, may select a Bidder other than the lowest.
