Desired contractor must demonstrate through resume, work experience and references extensive knowledge and suitable equipment and crew to design and build a sustainable, natural surface, multi-use, bike-optimized trail and include detailed plans for construction tread and features. The desire is to have a designed and constructed trail made with natural materials and some wood trails or crossings as deemed appropriate due to soil and drainage conditions and seasonal needs.
