The City-County Council, General Ordinance 21,2016, IC 4-13.6-4-2.5(d), and IC8-23-10-0.5(d) add new requirements for bids on public works projects. Pursuant to IC-4-13-18-5, the Bidder must submit with the Bid a written plan for a program to test the Bidder's employees for drugs. For more information, please see Proposal Package, Bid-11, and Indiana Code (Ie) Additional Requirements, AR-11.All Bidders will be subject to the MBE/WBE/VBE/DOBE Business Utilization Plan ("Utilization Plan"), of the City of Indianapolis. In evaluating a Bidder's responsibility, the City will consider the Bidder's Affirmative Action plan. Project Range:$250,000 - $350,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
