Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Springfield, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes the design, demolition of the existing Busch building two story arched curtain wall entry structure, and construction of a more energy efficient main facility entry point. East employee entrance stair risers that currently vary in height will be improved. The project also includes the renovation of the underused Conference Room 2 East to provide an environmentally comfortable and sound controlled meeting space that meets the needs of City staff and a variety of other community groups. This project is included in the City of Springfield's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of May 2, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
