Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Burleson, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Norwood Elementary building is approximately 55,000 SF. The project consists of removing the existing brick façade and storefront, and replacing with a combination of brick, metal panel, and storefronts. The work will start June 1 and be complete by the time school starts on the second week of August 2022. Proposals will be sent to bids@jacksonconstruction.com by 2 PM on April 7th. A pre-proposal meeting is currently being scheduled with the district. I will send out a separate notification for the pre-bid meeting.
