Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huntington, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A proposal submitted by a bidder who is not in full compliance with the provisions of the Huntington Town Code at the time of submission will be denied. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in, to reject any or all Bids submitted, or to accept the Bid and award the Contract to the lowest, responsible, formal Bidder therefore, pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law. Under this contract, the Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to perform drainage improvements, such as catch basin or leaching pool installations, or concrete curb and sidewalk construction projects and ADA compliant pedestrian ramp installations in accordance with Town of Huntington requirements and construction specifications.
