Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Keller, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 26, 2022, project was awarded to Ci pavement, awarded amount is $285,527.55. Bid Results: CI Pavement $285,527.55 H Bonilla $298,761.54 Camcrete Contracting $300,600.30 The estimate for this project is $346,315.00 which includes a 10% contingency. The City of Keller, Texas (the City) is soliciting proposals for Chase Oaks Sidewalk Repairs. The successful Contractor shall agree to provide the City with the specific equipment and services as outlined in the Specifications. The contractor shall provide concrete repair and replacement services for approximately 150 repair locations as shown in the attached map on page 14 of this document. The contractor shall provide and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required for the work. Repairs may include removal of existing sidewalk and replacement with new concrete per City standards as attached, removal and replacement of ADA ramps to City standards as attached including curb and gutter replacements as indicated by the City.
