Millennium Lodge Greece Canal Park, Rochester, NY 14626 Genesee Valley Golf Course 1000 East River Road, Rochester, NY 14623 The work to be performed consists principally ofthe furnishing of all labor and materials for: The renovations of four stand-alone restroom locations, one stand-alone restroom location with showers, two restroom locations in existing golf clubhouses, and the renovation of one restroom attached to a parklodge. The project also involves providing rough electrical and plumbing work at these locations. All restrooms must be scheduled around rentals. Contractor to coordinate schedule with Owner. Inaddition, work at Webster Park Campground (CR) is to be completed between November 1st and April 31st. Work at Churchville Park Clubhouse (CPR) and Genesee Valley Clubhouse (GV) respectively is to be completed between October 15th and April 15th.
