The purpose of the RFQ is to obtain qualified Contractors to implement strategic solutions to increase local and regional administrative efficiencies relating to economic and workforce research, planning, and policy development; WIOA program, fiscal, procurement, Employment Training Provider List (ETPL), and Equal Opportunity compliance monitoring; workforce board support and development; program evaluation; solicitation development; WIOA administrative hearing officer; and/or translation services.
