Scope of Services The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms for holiday décor and year-round lighting program management. The program includes Installation and maintenance of year-round LED lighting on trees in the business district and work related to the winter holilday decor installations. This includes street spans, colored LED tree lights, canopy decor, a coordinated audio/light show, light projections, menorah, christmas tree, background audio and other decor that is designed and customized for the City display each year.
