One behalf of itself or its affiliate, SCCHA is soliciting proposals/quotes from qualified consultants to perform archeological services, in accordance with the requirements described in Exhibit B (Statement of Requirements). A parcel map describing the existing site conditions for the subject property is attached as Exhibit F. The proposed term of the Agreement commences on full execution of the contract by the parties and continues through a period of six months (the Initial Term). Upon mutual agreement of the parties, SCCHA may extend the term of the Agreement for one additional six-month period (Renewal Term), should additional work be required after the preliminary investigation. SCCHA reserves the right to amend through addenda, to reject any or all proposals/quotes, to waive any informality in the solicitation process, or to terminate the process at any time, if SCCHA deems it necessary or in its best interests Right to Not Award. SCCHA reserves the right not to award a contract pursuant to this solicitation. Equal Opportunity. Proposed prices, including billing rates, must be firm for ninety (90) days from date of proposal/quote. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
