For the following divisions of work: Earthwork and Utilities, Cast in place Concrete, Structural Steel, Masonry, Carpentry, Building Insulation, Aluminum Entrances & Windows, Sectional Overhead Doors, Gypsum Board Assemblies & Patching, Acoustical Panel Ceiling, Flooring, Cabinets & Millwork, Painting and Finishing, Specialty Flooring Densified Concrete, Jib Crane, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. A separate non-refundable check in the amount of $50.00 to cover shipping costs will be required if bidder wants plans and specs mailed to them. The mailing check should be made payable to the printer. Bid Bond: A 10% Bid Bond or certified check is required with the bid payable to the Town of Union Performance Bond: 100% Required Payment Bond: 100% Required Qualification Statement: Bidders shall submit a Contractor Proof of Responsibility form provided in the specifications to the Village of Monticello at least (5) Calendar days prior to Bid date. Schedule: Project is anticipated to start in May of 2022 and be substantially complete by September, 2022. Notes: The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in the best interest of the Owner.
