Site work for a water / sewer project in Bristol, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Bristol is seeking bids for installation of water and sanitary sewer utility service within Pine Lake at Birch Street for subsequent connection to a prefabricated bathroom structure. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the bidders base bid amount, in the form of a Bid Bond made payable to the City of Bristol. The awarded contractor will be required to secure a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract award, provided by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Connecticut. The successful Bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
