Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The intent of this Request for Qualifications is to award a contract for Construction Manager as Constructor for two (2) new housing "subdivisions" of tiny homes manufactured from shipping containers. Each site will include a mix of both single (8 ft. x 40 ft.) and double (16 ft. x 40 ft.) residential container units, as well as double (16 ft. x 40 ft.) office container units. The sites must be ready for placement of the container units on September 1, 2022. Each site will include site civil, irrigation and landscape, utilities (water, sewer, electrical, communications, and drainage), architectural (to include structural, finishes, fixtures, and appliances), and hardscape.
