Renovation of a day care center in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
Selective replacement of TPO roofing system AT 2400 Strawberry Ln. Chesapeake, VA 23324 CRHA 22-C-002 M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Remove and dispose of existing roof (thermoplastic polyolefin membrane and insulation board) o Remove and dispose of all existing all metal trim around designated roof sections o Cut-out all curbs, pipe collars, drains, vents etc. o Provide and install necessary amount of ISO insulation board (use bonding adhesive) o Provide and install TPO membrane (minimum six-inch overlap) o Seams must be sealed with Gaco seam tape o Re-fasten entire perimeter of roof section with new trim metal (equivalent or upgraded material) o All original sky lights, vents, and drains will be reused o Two Year warranty on labor o 25 Year material warranty o Roof measurements: o Roof Section One: 54 Feet x 44 Feet / two skylights o Roof Section Two: 58 Feet x 45 Feet / no skylights o Roof Section Three: 43 Feet x 55 Feet / two skylights
