The Work of This Contract Includes, but Is Not Necessarily Limited to the Following: Roadway Milling and Paving of Barnegat Avenue & Sheridan Avenue Consists of Removal replacement of Approximately 620 Lf Concrete Curb, 310 Sy Concrete Sidewalk, 40 Sy Driveway Aprons and Replacement of 23 Concrete Handicap Ramps Where Necessary; Pavement Reconstruction Including Approximately 9,915 Sy Varying Depth Milling; Gravel Base Course; 40 Tons Super pave Hot Mix Asphalt Base and 1,305 Tons Surface Course; Traffic Striping; and All Work Necessary and Incidental Thereto. Each Proposal Must Be Submitted Utilizing the Forms Contained Within the Contract Documents. It Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Bearing on the Outside the Name of the Bidder, His Address and Name of Project(S) for Which the Bid Is Submitted. Materials to Be Contained Within the Sealed Envelope Are Specified Under "Instructions to Bidders." Bid Proposals Shall Be Complete, in Ink, and Any Bids Incomplete or Not Submitted in a Sealed, Specially Addressed Envelope May Be Considered Informal. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the Form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Full Amount of Each Contract Bid, Not to Exceed $20,000. Surety Shall Be Made Payable to: Borough of Seaside Heights, and Shall Be Without Condition or Qualification.
