As of July 8, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The work generally includes paving the existing stone walking trail and associated restoration work at Snitz Creek Park (2360 West Oak Street, Lebanon, PA 17042). Existing stone shall be rolled and compacted, for use as subgrade material. Contractor shall then place 2.5" of 9.5 mm mix wearing course. Topsoil restoration shall be performed along both sides of the paved walking trail. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE - 4/11/2022 10:00 AM Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $25,000 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project. North Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
