Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delano, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work, in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Stantec Consulting Services Inc., consists of the following major items of work and approximate quantities: 2,400 TON Bituminous Paving 600 TON Bituminous Trail Paving 215 SY 7" Concrete Pavement 5,500 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 7,100 TON Aggregate Base Class 5 11,000 TON Select Granular Borrow 12,000 SY Geotextile Fabric 1 SYS Pedestrian Crosswalk Flasher System 15,000 LF Pavement Striping 14 EA Pedestrian Curb Ramp 13 EA Precast Storm Structure 1,500 LF RC Pipe Together with selective demolition, site grading, traffic control, erosion controls, seeding, and other related appurtenances. Additonal Description: All plan holders who order electronic proposals through online will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
