Prequalification required - this RFP is only open to those Proponents prequalified as follows: Landscape Maintenance C700299 The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for landscaping services for various locations within The City. Services to be provided include spring and fall maintenance activities such as mulching and pruning, as well as more frequent activities such as turf mowing and trimming weeding irrigation system repair and maintain. Debris must also be removed from hard surface, and pathways made clean of hazards. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The City may enter into one (1) Agreement for all schedules or an Agreement for each schedule with the highest evaluated proponent for the provision of the Deliverables in the respective schedule. The Agreement will be for a term of Two (2) year. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of Six (6) years.
