The project is expected to be awarded on April 25, 2022.** At Air Base Parkway Flood Station: Remove two (2) existing 20-hp submersible pumps and motors inside an existing 40-foot deep wet well, including motor leads, accessories, discharge piping, and fittings. Replace with new 25-hp submersible pumps including motor leads, accessories, discharge piping, and fittings. At State Street Flood Station: Remove two (2) existing 10-hp vertical pumps and motors inside an existing 10-foot deep wet well, including motor leads, accessories, discharge piping, and fittings. Replace with new 15-hp submersible pumps including motor leads, accessories, discharge piping, and fittings. Install and configure new solid state reduced voltage starters and pump protection relays for new pump motors One WORK site is located at the Air Base Parkway Flood Station, located approximately: 2398 N Texas St., Fairfield, CA. The Station is located across the street from Bank of America at 2400 N Texas St., Fairfield, CA 94533. Second WORK site is located at the State Street Flood Station, located adjacent to: 360 State St., Fairfield, CA. The Station is located immediately northwest of an auto repair shop. The work must be completed within one hundred forty-five (145) calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it may best serve the interest of the Owner.
