Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Macklin, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Macklin ("The Town") is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide the Building Demolition Work set out in Schedule "A" - Work Requirements (the "Building demolition"). The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a qualified contractor to enter into a Demolition Work Agreement with The Town for the performance of the Work. Further details about the Work required by The Town are set out in Schedule "A" - Work Requirements. This RFP is not a tender and is not subject to the laws of competitive bidding. No bid contract or agreement is created by the submission of a proposal.
