Portland Cement Concrete Portland cement concrete shall conform to TxDOT Item 421 Class C. Hot Mix Asphalt Hot-mix asphalt shall conform to TxDOT Item 340. Hydraulic Cement Hydraulic cement shall conform to TxDOT DMS-4600. Rip-Rap Rip-rap shall conform to TxDOT Item 432. Lime Lime shall conform to TxDOT DMS-6350 and DMS-6330. This will be a requirements type contract. Contract period will be five (5) ordering years (five (5) twelve (12) months). No guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities.
