All questions regarding this quote must be presented in writing and e-mailed or faxed to: HAMCOPurchasingQuotes@hamilton-co.org (Quote number should be entered in the subject line of the e-mail) or Fax: (513) 946-4335. Hamilton County Department of Facilities is requesting quotes for providing on-site normal hours and after-hours drywall repair/plaster repair and painting work when in-house staff is unavailable on a T&M basis for April 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and, unless otherwise specified by the vendor, to accept any item in the quote. In case of error in extending the total amount of the quote, the unit price will govern.County reserves the right to deny assignment of any personnel to this project due to their confirmed criminal history including but not limited to offenses listed under Ohio Revised Code 3319.39.B (1). Contractor shall report any known past or future criminal charges to the Owner immediately upon their acquisitions of this information.The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and, unless otherwise specified by the vendor, to accept any item in the quote.
