Manufacturer to build and deliver 4 (four) galvanized tubular steel pole structures, per Central Lincoln specifications, (FOB) to 7501 NE Avery Street, Newport, OR 97365. All manufacturers must be pre-approved prior to the bid opening. At the above date, time and place the District will publicly open bids. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people's utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
