For Excavating / Ditching Services on MD 392 (East New Market Hurlock Road / Delaware Avenue) The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide ditching/excavation services on MD 392 from MP 8.99 (4440 E New Market Hurlock Road) to MP 9.32 (39 Delaware Avenue) in Dorchester County, on both sides of the roadway and not to exceed 6 months. This is a lump sum bid and should include all mobilization, MOT, equipment costs, dump truck(s), naggers, E&S control, overhead, tools, transportation, equipment cost, disposal cost, tax, labor, fuel, profits etc. as outlined below.
