Renovation of a fire / police facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project consists of demolition and replacement of approximately 13,000 square feet of total roof area at the City of Richmond Fire Stations #8 & #11, located 1018 Williamsburg Rd. and 1235 N. 28th Street respectively, as detailed in the project plans and specifications. Construction will be done per the plans and all work can be done during normal working hours unless approved by owners rep. Construction services to include, but are not limited to all prime, subcontractor, and supplier services necessary to provide complete turnkey management and delivery of the project. Typical construction areas of construction work will include, but are not limited to, demolition, haz-mat abatement, roofing, coping fabrication/installation, metal decking, roof insulation, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, etc... All work shall be in accordance with the project plans and specifications prepared by Commonwealth Architects and dated November 19, 2021
