The existing facility includes 28 guest rooms, a manager's suite, laundry, storage and parking. The Project includes but is not limited to: ADA upgrades (including four units, multiple ramps, and parking layout), alterations to the manager's suite, installation of backflow preventer, cutting and patching of existing asphalt, crack seal and slurry seal of entire parking lot, replacement of water heaters, reconfiguration of laundry areas, installation of new door hardware, exterior common area improvements, landscaping, fencing, and exterior lighting. Bids will only be considered if: o All Bid submittal forms are completed, signed and submitted prior to deadline; o The Bid includes a statement that the Bidder agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838 and 279C.840 relating to prevailing wages (included in Exhibit B-4); o The Bidder is licensed by the Construction Contractors Board (or the State Landscape Contractors Board); and, o The Bid includes a certification of nondiscrimination in obtaining subcontracts in compliance with ORS 279A.110(4) (included in Exhibit B-4).
