Site work and paving for a road / highway in Akron, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Please submit a bid for furnishing RESURFACING AND MISCELLANIOUS PAVING 2022, over time period of May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023, allowing for a 30 day cancellation notice by the City only, with the supplier making no claim for damages or additional compensation by reason of such cancellation. The prices for the services will be fixed. Questions Due Date: Mar 30th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT By submitting a Bid, you represent that you are familiar with the Project locations and conditions and the specifications and you are satisfied as to the condition of the premises and site and agree that no allowance shall be made with respect to any error or misunderstanding as to such on your behalf. The Successful bidders only will be required to provide, and maintain for the agreement a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the contract. All bonds are at the bidder's expense. Should the award of these services be split amongst bidders so that a supplier's award be estimated at the less than $50,000, the requirement of a performance bond or that supplier may be waived by the city. Failure to comply with performance bond requirements as stated in the bid documents shall be considered a material deviation and shall mean that the City shall reject any non-complying bids.
