Site work for a municipal facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier Check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment including Equal Employment Opportunity to be observed. BIDDERS shall be licensed as required by statutes and the rules and regulations of the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. Contractors will be required to pay wages not less than the Prevailing Wage listed in the Wage Determination provided by the Arkansas Department of Labor and included in the Contract Documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the OWNER. The Scope of Work consists of construction of the proposed Phase II Cell 4 as depicted and described within the Contract Documents. This work is pursuant to the expansion of the existing Class IV Landfill facility, a facility which operates under Solid Waste Permit No. 0300-S4 issued by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ)
