Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lewisville, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.

The City of Lewisville has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (ADEC). The City of Lewisville proposes to fully retrofit the former fire department space located within the City municipal building to provide a place to hold community and civic meetings and other community activities. The retrofit will include: framing, insulation, sheetrock, a new grid ceiling, painting and texture, HVAC including ductwork, electrical, lighting, flooring, and a new door. These modifications and improvements will bring the space up to code and make it usable as a community center. The City of Lewisville is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area.
