The School district has selected M2 Engineering PLLC to prepare construction documents for this project. The request for competitive sealed proposals that includes construction documents, selection criteria, estimated budget, project scope, schedule, and other information that contractors may require to respond Attention of proposer is particularly called to the fact that not less than the federally determined prevailing wage rate (DavisBacon Act), as issued by the US Department of Labor and as set forth in the contract documents, must be paid on this project, and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, or national origin In determining best value for the district, the District is not restricted to considering price alone, but may consider any other factor stated in the selection criteria.
