LOCATION: Southwest corner of Morley Park, 2753 Jameston Drive, Rocky River, Ohio 44116 The project outlined with these specifications consists of the installation of a complete playground structure at Morley Park. Items needed to be included for the Morley Park Playground replacement project should include:
- Playground structure dedicated to 5-12 year old age group. Color scheme should
reflect bold, bright options (to be finalized upon contract agreement).
- Equipment should include but not be limited to:
- No less than two swing bays with various swings
- Various climbing and/or rope elements
- Various slide component (s) or similar
- No less than two ground mount barrel spinners or similar
- ADA Accessibility where applicable
- Optional structure/space for 2-5 considered in addition to the main structure
- Optional stand-alone structures/play spaces
- Optional educational/interactive panels
- Safety Audit and walk through with City Staff upon final completion.
- Provide user/maintenance manuals to operator at completion of the project.
Each proposal must contain the full name of party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City.
