The duration of the work will be approximately four (4) weeks. CONDITION: Only general contractors or contractors specializing in this type of work who have an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who possess the required license under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) are authorized to bid. award is subject to final approval. These must be issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the amount of the tender and be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submission of tenders. The guarantee must be annexed to the tender. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR: Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, with regard to their competence, their solvency and the content of their tender.
